What is the Dementia Advice Service?
Dementia Advice (DA) nurses provide advice, support, and resources to Albertans living with
dementia and their care partners. The team of specialized RNs respond to the needs of persons with
dementia living in community settings and their care partners, who require health related
advice, education, information on community resources, and emotional support for events that
occur during the course of dementia.
