While team registration is now closed, we are happy to maintain a waitlist. As we all know, life happens, and plans can change, so if you would like to add your team to the list, please reach out.

To ensure the quality and experience that participants have come to know and appreciate, we are not able to expand beyond our current capacity.

As we prepare for this year’s Golf Tournament, we want to share a quick and transparent update with our golf community.

Like many organizations, we are seeing rising costs. Due to recent fee increases from the Vulcan Golf & Country Club, we will be making modest adjustments to some sponsorship levels and team registration fees this year.

These changes allow us to continue hosting a high-quality event at a course we value deeply, while ensuring the tournament remains sustainable and continues to generate meaningful support for health and wellness initiatives right here in Vulcan County.

We have worked hard to keep increases as reasonable as possible and remain incredibly grateful for the ongoing support of our golfers, sponsors, and volunteers. This event works because of the community — and we are proud to walk forward together.

By entering and event or program of the Vulcan County Health and Wellness Foundation, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed and otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Vulcan County Health and Wellness Foundation and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for the use of such recorded media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent.
