Our Better Choices Better Health® workshops are designed to support you with practical tools, helpful strategies, and a supportive group environment.
- Our Chronic Disease & Balancing Work and Life program includes twelve 1‑hour Zoom sessions, offered twice a week for six weeks. Learn practical ways to balance work and play while managing chronic conditions. Build skills in healthy sleep habits, physical activity, nutritious eating, effective communication, goal‑setting, problem‑solving, and confident decision‑making.
- Our Chronic Pain workshop focuses on strategies that help you live well with pain, including pacing, understanding pain and the brain, communicating about pain, healthy eating for pain, and exercising safely.
