The 2024 24-hr Golf Challenge
24-Hour Golf Challenge raises $22,640.00!
Since 2022, the Vulcan County Health and Wellness Foundation has been bolstered by a
dedicated team of individuals who have championed our community’s health and wellness.
Their efforts have led to significant improvements, with funds directed towards crucial priorities.
The auto pulse campaign, the purchase of a Resusci Anne simulator, and transport chairs for
Physical Therapy and Diagnostic Imaging are just a few examples of the tangible impact of their
work.
In 2023, the dollars were directed to Vital Signs equipment for each bay in the Emergency
Department and a digital Stretcher Bed for the Trauma Room.
This year, this team raised 22,600.00, which will be combined with funds from last fall’s pledge
drive to purchase a new ultrasound unit for the Emergency department.
Three years, three teams of golfers and three incredible investments in support of our
community and our astonishing healthcare team at the Vulcan Community Health Centre.
We are so grateful to this year’s team and the teams from two years prior. We know that the ask
is a big one, but the results of their efforts are monumental.
